Shilpa Shetty Is Relishing Her Green Vegetables “Straight From The Farms”

Our food choices have changed globally in the past decade. Most of us have become more mindful of what we consume and have switched from processed foods to organically grown items. In order to ensure better health, some of us have started consuming fresh produces straight from kitchen gardens or farms. Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has also jumped on the bandwagon. In a recent Instagram post, Shilpa is seen promoting the concept of eating fresh produces from the farm. She is standing beside a vertically stacked culture of lettuce and other green leafy vegetables. She also makes the gesture of biting off the leaves from the farm. The video began with the title, “Farm to mouth.”

Shilpa wrote in the caption, “Straight from the farm. Food that doesn’t do any harm. Keep life simple and soulful.” Her hashtags read, “Organic food,” “healthy lifestyle” and “clean eating” among others.

Shilpa Shetty’s food diaries often brim with healthy food. In a recent Goa trip, the actress’ breakfast platter wasn’t an exception. She was seen indulging in a healthy bowl of cereals along with toasted buns, green leafy vegetables and mashed potato. The actress also chose to have a glass of fruit juice on the side. We also noticed a bowl of butter cubes on the table. The “breakfast girl” was surely taking care of her fitness even during a holiday.

In her posts, we saw Shilpa serving fluffy puris, curry and dal to the young girls, who were present on the occasion.
